CorenPS Return Policy

CorenPS will allow un-open, complete boxes, containing 6 pairs or 12 earrings of the same style and lot number to be returned within 30 days of purchase.  Defective earrings may be returned within 90 days of purchase.

The boxes must be returned in the same condition you received them.  Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective.  If shipping a defective product, we will credit your account the amount that you pay in shipping (you must include a receipt in your shipment) to be used towards a future purchase.  No cash refunds will ever be issued.

To submit a return request, you must call 877.267.3677 (Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM EST) to have your return approved and to receive a customer return number that must be placed on the outside of your shipment box.
